Born in Charkty, Soviet Union from a Russian mother and Congolese father from Bouenza, Republic of Congo. Valentina grown up in Paris, France enjoying Russian and Congolese cuisine. After her MBA graduation she decided to go live in New York. Quikly she realized that this city where most of communities can enjoy there homeland food the Congolese food was missing. Then she decided to do whatever she can to make Center African everyday food available here in New York.
