Born and raised in Paris from a Congolese mother and father from Maboukou. Benoit is the third child of a family of six. He grew up enjoying Congolese food made by his parents or family with his siblings. After being graduated as Computer Engineer he had a carrier opportunity which made New York his new hometown. His passion for food brings him to reconnect with his childhood African first love cuisine.
